CONNETQUOT TEACHERS ASSOCIATION CELEBRATES
CAREERS OF 13 RETIREES
Bohemia, NY --- On June 17th the community gathered at Land’s End restaurant in Sayville, to thank 13 teachers for their dedicated service to the children of the Connetquot Central School District. Teachers, administrators, community residents and members of the district board of education joined
Connetquot Teachers Association (CTA) President Mr. Anthony Felicio, Jr., in recognizing the service of this year’s retiring professionals.
“We wish all of our 2014 retirees well”, said the CTA President. “Thank you for all that you have done to educate the youth of Connetquot. Your dedication to the families of this community is greatly appreciated. We wish you good health, and happiness, throughout your retirement years.”
Averaging close to 30 years of dedicated service to the children of the Ronkonkoma, Bohemia and Oakdale communities, these 13 professional educators will be missed. Felicio thanked each of the retirees for their service, and referred to each of them as inspiring models for the district’s younger teachers. Congratulations, thank you, and best wishes for a healthy, well-deserved, retirement to the following professional educators:
